1) buff 10% decoding speed when anyone on chair 2) buff 12 decoding speed after not deco for 10 sec 3) luka buff 5% deco speed and remove the lost percentage when connected any cipher 4) lawyer now consider as a decoder with a ton of buff kiting 5) many others debuff decoding character had a buff where they deco faster (like forward 30% to 25%, jose each time use watch deco faster max 14%,...) .....

The thing with cipher rush is it forces every hunter to play out the same strategy (cipher pressure/map pressure) in order to win, while in reality each hunter has their own advantages and disadvantages. Some players may prefer camping while some prefer chasing and they can choose hunter based on what they prefer, but cipher rush make it all useless.

this is true though ... the only difference is survivors can communicate better . its the same reason why hunter wrs increased when they made shaking ciphers more visible . there was never a buff to decoding speed & more survivors have decoding debuffs than any buffs outside of persona webs . hunters dont actually want to pressure ciphers , they just want quick downs and easy wins . thats why theyre not successful lol

Been playing this game for years, and the cipher rush is definitely insane this season. I'm a main of both factors, but I had to quit hunter rank because I don't main a good hunter that could do a chase and disrupt the decoding. I noticed that even when there's no decoder 3 ciphers are done around a minute and 35 seconds. At that I yesterday had a match when I popped the cipher before the surrender button was up. There's absolutely something going on with the cipher rush but some of yall are too delusional to notice it

Cipher rush is the same as ever if not worse nowadays with how many hunters can both chase and control, a lot of these hunters complain about rush when their first down is at 1:25+ minutes of the match 😭

I’ve been playing since 2018, and I remember it was actually a nerf back then, because there wasn’t a second decoding phase yet. Decoding was always as fast as the current second phase

No genuinely I agree, I haven’t noticed a difference in cipher rush this season like AT ALL. And the fact they even nerfed cipher rush too although a couple seasons ago with the audience effect nerf
