@jddenhamfit: Success is meant to be celebrated, and I absolutely LOVE celebrating wins. There is nothing better than watching someone put their head down, work relentlessly, stay consistent, and finally see it pay off. Nora is a good friend of mine. I’ve known her since high school. When she started working with us, I told her that if she stayed focused, kept grinding, and never took her foot off the gas, she would reach her goals. Well… she just had the biggest month of her career! I freaking LOVE seeing this. Seeing the smiles on my team’s faces, watching their lives improve, and seeing them accomplish things they once only dreamed about, that’s what it’s all about. I genuinely love what I do.
