I think people did a pretty good job of showing how expensive bigotry is through the corporate DEI movement, and that's part of why we're seeing such pushback. so one thing we can do is keep talking about DEI with everyone. meet people where they are. if $$ is survival and our company gets more $$ with more diversity, it doesn't make as much sense to discriminate. people don't necessarily care if they negatively impact someone else's life because of how competitive & hierarchical our society is - it makes sense in that worldview to do whatever it takes to make the most $$ for my own family because that's my #1 priority in life and I'm not responsible for YOUR family, that's on you to make better decisions or whatever. so we gotta show the people that Not Discriminating is a better financial (survival) decision. then maybe people will finally read the truth & reconciliation report and calls to action that contain SO much information on how to improve all of our lives.

I feel society needs a code of how to live. Something that everyone uses as a guide. Like help out the less fortunate, focus on sharing wealth, don't support corrupt people, ever. With the 80s Reganism and "bro" get rich culture, peaking ib the 90s, we are still in the tail of that classic market economy. Counter-elites will disrupt things eventually, hopefully in my lifetime.
