my epidural failed mid c section and I started feeling ALL of it it. I started screaming and slashing around, which almost killed me . They put under soon after. very traumatic experience to say the least lol

26 hours for your first baby and a 1st degree is so so normal and 2 hours of pushing too! (Labor and delivery nurse here.) Sounds like you and your body did great!

i recommend a home birth! i was 18 and choose to be at home. i was able to eat whatever, slept in my own bed, showered in my own bathroom. ended up giving birth to my son on my bed!

where Im from if you dont give birth within a hour when youe in labor they just give you a C-section to make everything faster and quicker I would always choose a C-section if I could it's way faster and quicker but I can't have kids due to severe female issues

Baby 1: 36 hours, 4 pushing. Baby 2: 4 hours, 20 minutes pushing. Baby 3: (11 years after baby 2) 12 hours, had fetal ejection reflex and pushed maybe twice

I was also in labor for 26 hrs and couldn’t eat anything for almost 35 because of complications with delivery!! Girl trust me I get it I was STARVING and tired. Thank JESUS I only had too push for a little under 30 minutes or I genuinely think I would’ve given up mid push. I was exhausted, sweating , hot and HUNGRY.

My first child was an 18 hour labor….the second baby was literally 25 minutes and almost born in the car. Just a thought when you have your second baby….not all deliveries are the same.
