My youngest son really benefited from the head start program. He was able start preschool at 3 to help him get a start on his education.

To answer your question, the Republican Party is never going to care about kids over money. They want all of our money and they’re taking away from the programs for those that needed the most.

I use to volunteer at the one my kids were in I was there more than some staff but they needed the help and I had nothing else better to do

Most of these old government officials are old enough to remember why we started Head Start to begin with. This is another blatant attempt to keep people ignorant. As the President says himself, smart people hate him.

I went to Head Start 60 years ago. I still remember my teachers and the kids I went to school with and the fun things we did. I can't believe this administration. At my age I'm not into wishing my life away, but these next two years can't go by fast enough!! 😡 I hope we can survive them.
