Idkk I kind of disagree with this. My hunter winrate went down from 90% to 60%. This alone doesnt really prove an issue(because 90% is kind of ridiculous tbh), but the fact that my survivor winrate went up from like 30% to 50% this season is saying something I feel🥲🥲🥲 Im dual faction but have been maining hunter for much longer so it pains me

They’re complaining because they’re not good is really the truth like sorry 😭 Cipher speed hasn’t change in the entirety of the games history since I started playing in S8. In actuality decoders have only been continuously nerfed in terms of decoding speed, hunter personas have been buffed and cipher decoding buffs have been nerfed

Winrate argument is always a stupid one. You need 1 survivor to lose and 4 survivors to win. Even if you are crazy as a survivor you can't always control the outcome of a match. As hunter you have full control and if you lose it's on you, you've been outplayed.

Ppl forget that in high tiers u encounter experienced players, people who stick to a single main, both hunter and surv, suffer the most. Map control and pressure from both factions CAN be applied, and since the ranking matchup system changed, the ones who win the most are those who adapt to the team comp, the map and the kites

getting down somebody under 40 seconds in Asia peak tier rank for me means tie and 3 cipher pop and I have to play Meta hunters just to be able to get wins

I am hunter main, I also play survi some times. I can tell you it IS crazy the cypher rush. I once was having a horrible match (now I came back in 2024) and in previous years whenever people popped the last cypher the surrender button was like 10 secs from being available...I tried it the other day...46 SECONDS...I HAD TO PRACTICALLY WAIT FOR ANOTHER CYPHER TO SURRENDER AT THE END OF A MATCH

These new gen hunters main will complain about cipherrush and then when I look at their gameplay, I can spot a lot of mistakes in their play. Like you play BQ , a one hit hunter but you still camp like you're playing Bonbon or besides that a lot of them don't putting pressure like injured rescuer, not defending the last cipher. don't play it more riskier when they have a chance.
