Women earn less than men on average, but that doesn’t mean women are routinely paid less than men for doing the exact same job. A large part of the overall wage gap comes from women who take time off or reduce their hours to raise children.

I can certainly tell you the pay thing is stupid.I worked 70 hrs a week killing myself for 14-30hr for 25 years from 99-24.My wife whos now a cfo takes 250k before bonuses working 30-40 hrs a week with remote days.She took over the previous CFO who was a man who was only making 200.They gave my wife 50k more and bigger bonuses cause she found over 2.5m in fraud.

there is no wage gap. pick a position, job, career... do the work, get paid.. same pay. if you excel, you will make more. you want to talk about sports as an example, bring in the crowds and sell out tickets and stadiums and pull the advertising aspects, ect. to the same degree as the males. females have the same potential. there is no wage gap

Men make more money because they seek out higher paying jobs or are more willing to do dangerous high paying jobs, work more hours, and are typically more aggressive when it comes to negotiating higher pay.

Men take on the harder, dirtier and most dangerous jobs, BUT when they are compared at the same job, same level of experience and same company, the men that earned more, were more driven, motivated, worked longer hours and were more proficient at those jobs
