It felt like I was being deleted. Like what makes me me was stored on a hard drive and being deleted piece by piece. Until I was no more. It was a wild ride. Sort of like a “life flashing before your eyes” kind of scenario

Ego death changed my entire perspective of reality. After my second experience, I noticed reality isn’t what we were taught to believe it is. I’ve always thought about the concept of that but never truly believed it to be true, and I think I had a hard time accepting that fact, and I was shown things unimaginable. I saw the universe die, distort and compress itself into complete nothingness. I saw time and existence itself become autonomous and duplicate and become infinitely distorted. I talked with the spirits of my family friends and coworkers, I saw the beginning I saw the end. I was going into this experience thinking I was just going to get some cool visuals, and was humbled and beat into submission. And I think this has changed me for the better and am glad to have been shown reality for what it really is.
