here in Switzerland they are obligated to have / offer a vegan , vegetarian option in hospitals , prisons etc .. idk about the rest of the world tho-

yes, they serve vegan food but they are not protein rich. luigi mangione was vegan before he went to jail but because of the lack of protein rich vegan food he had to switch over
