It’s fresh, crunchy, sweet, salty, and one of those recipes that sounds a little strange until you take one bite. Then you’ll understand why I keep coming back to it. My Celery & Date Salad: 🥬 3 stalks celery, sliced 🌴 5 dates, chopped 🥜 About ¼ cup chopped pecans (or walnuts) 🍋 Juice of ½ lemon 🫒 About 2 tablespoons olive oil 🧂 Salt & pepper to taste 🧀 Handful of shaved Parmesan Toss everything together and enjoy!
