A shop near me just recently did a flash fundraiser for one of their artists whose daughter has cancer. Amazing thing they did. The turnout was so much more than they expected. People waited on a list for dayssss but some people who signed up early on the first day waited outside for hours and it was HOT. They told people to sign up and then go home and they would get a text to come back. But some people brought chairs and camped out in front of the store. The whole time, I was just like omg who wants to get tattooed after sweating for HOURS? The poor artist! And also do we not have shame anymore? I would be so scared of smelling bad and a stranger having to be that close to me.

I had tot ake a bus to multiple tattoo appointments. Was 3 separate days and the bus ride was 1.5 hrs int he blistering heat. You bet your butt I brought deodorant and body spray to at least cover it a little I felt so bad😅

I went in to get my gargoyle tattoos, showed him pictures of the type of gargoyles I liked and told him he had full reign over the tattoos themselves so he knew what I kind of wanted. THE TEXTURE HE ADDED TO THEM???? MY SKIN LOOKS LIKE STONE. my coworker was like 'i didn't even know you could change texture like that!!' it's GORGEOUS. (the majority is peeling and itchy or I'd show it lmao)
