Just tell them, I’m exactly like that, and if one day I had a person and he told me “I love you and care about you, but I just want to not talk for a couple of days to reset, it’s just I sometimes need an only me time, but I still love you”, maybe my explanation is long, but my idea is that I understand that even though I’m also a clingy person, like I wanna be alone sometimes, but I’m clingy, u know!😅
