@korey_rowe: Hamstrings ⚙️ | Load the stretch, don't hold it | Details ⬇️ You've stretched these for years. They feel loose for an hour, then tight again by morning, and nothing you do makes it last. That's not a discipline problem. A stretch you only hold asks the muscle for a length it has no strength to control, so your body takes the range right back to protect you. Movement Blueprint: Circuit : 2 rounds Dumbbell RDLs – 10 reps Straddle Hip Raises – 12 reps Bench Hamstring Curls – 10 reps Jefferson Curls – 8 reps ⚙️ Why It Matters Load changes the message. When you build strength in the lengthened position instead of just visiting it, the nervous system stops guarding and starts trusting the range. Jefferson curls train the stretch under weight. RDLs and hip raises build the hinge that owns it. The curl covers the other half of the hamstring's job, bending the knee. Do this and the length you have been chasing with stretching finally holds, because now you are strong enough to keep it. OWN THE DAY
