You should see how Women in Guadalajara Mexico drop their kids off at school. Makeup, heels and designer outfits. It's like a competition to them who looks better. Meanwhile you have Women in the states in pj's & bonnets 😂

I just don't get bonnets in public. it's not anyone's culture to wear your sleepwear (including bonnets) all day every day. And it's a shame when actual head wraps exists and they are GORGEOUS.

I remember back in the day this was unheard of. Kids use to make fun of you if your parents came to school looking a mess. As a matter of fact, it was used as a threat for punishment tactic. If u misbehave, I’m going to go up to your school in an unflattering outfit in front of all your friends. It was never done but just used as a scare tactic. Now, people are doing it with no shame!🤣🤣🤣

My school requires parents to sign a dress code. It’s nothing crazy but they can’t wear bonnets, pjs or clothes that are revealing.

I saw a chick in house slippers at the urgent care the other day and I watched her walk out of the parking lot in the bottoms of the slippers are black from the asphalt. I just thought that’s all gonna get tracked into the house. House shoes and slippers are meant to be worn in the house because it gives you clean shoes. They don’t get all dirtied up from the outside world.
