Why hasn’t the Trickster ever appeared in Doctor Who? It is literally the only SJA villain to hold a candle amongst the Doctor Who pantheon, and it’s a bloody good one.

Really disappointed amongst all the pantheon gods RTD created and brought back, The Trickster wasn't one of them. Definitely would've preferred it to Sutekh or Omega I think.

The Trickster was Gallifreyan before becoming the God of Traps? I could see him formerly being mortal, the way Sutekh was just an Osirian before becoming the God of Death, but a Gallifreyan? Why was he thrown into the Time Vortex, for opposing Rassilon? Did he try to take power from the Time Lords? I do like this idea of the Trickster seeking THE God for forbidden knowledge to use to his advantage.
