It’s almost like schools are filled with 100+ kids, some of which don’t wash hands/use proper hygiene and leave germs all over the school and your child, who hasn’t been exposed to germs that make them sick for like three months gets sick from it. Schools are like Petri dishes after breaks

well, believe it or not, there’s a reason. kids (like me) get stressed about going back to school that, and my GAD make it very hard. this spikes our cortisol. when we are sick right when school starts, it’s the cortisol from the stress of school. this causes us to feel sick and sometimes, really be sick. along with the horrible school janitors and all of the germs, we are not lying.
