Watching as a 14-15 year old when it released in theaters really made me feel for him because I was also just starting high school. Seeing someone portrayed as my age in this scared for their life really hit home. I teared up then and I still tear up now

People often label him as weak but has the best character development from all the other Spider-Man’s because they actually started him from the actual bottom. Showing the progress and experience he gains over the years while the other Spider-Man’s started off as being able to handle things on their own. Nothing wrong with that. OG Spider-Man will always have a place in my heart but Tom Holland spiderman story was just done better, built up to the point where his losses feel super devastating and more emotional.
