@salina_sunshine: Another school year is here, and my heart is feeling all the emotions. Looking at this year’s photo, I couldn’t help but realize how much has changed. One of our babies isn’t in the picture because she’ll be leaving for college in just two weeks. I’m so proud of her, but if I’m being honest, I’m already missing her before she’s even gone. The morning was a blur. Different school start times meant we were rushing in every direction, but getting one picture together was important to me. Somehow, we pulled it off. This year, Salina is beginning Pre-K at her new private school, Catelyn is starting 11th grade, and Sam is officially a 10th grader. Watching them grow into who they’re becoming is one of the greatest blessings of my life. To every student starting a new school year, I hope you walk into those doors with confidence, kindness, and a willingness to learn. Give it your all—you never know where this year might take you. And to all the parents making those early morning drop-offs, drive safely. We saw two accidents on the way to school today, and it was a reminder that getting everyone there safely is what matters most. #backtoschool #firstdayofschool
