not an item, but ive discovered its totally worth it to hire a house cleaner to come 2-3x a month and clean. my lady's the best, shes my comfort item. she's even suggested making microwave meals for me

my dogs, heating pad, spicy ramen, energy drinks, ibuprofen, etc. I get extremely painful menstrual cramps and taking my Advil with an energy drink is the only thing that helps.

Neuromuscular massage therapy every other week. Not covered by insurance but gawd it’s so necessary. I have fibromyalgia plus other things that cause chronic pain.
