Hi I do Geek Squad repairs and had to set a couple of these up. Here are some tips for making it run better: 1) Type in Encryption into the Windows search. Turn off BitLocker. This will save you from issues in the future. 2) Set the correct date and time before this next step. Go to Windows Update. Check for updates and install all available updates. Also check additional optional updates in the advanced section. 3) Type in Installed Apps into the search. Uninstall or disable any apps you will not be using. There are plenty of already installed apps, like McAfee (please actually uninstall this). 4) Open Task Manager. Go to Startup on the left side. Disable everything except for Audio and Security notifications. 5) If you do all of these and you don’t want any AI hogging up all the resources on your system, reply to this. I’ll give you a part two.

I got the same laptop. Debloat your windows install bc the fans run hard when a bunch of background processes are running. Make sure the battery is good too.
