Thanks. I had a follow up comment to that one going more in depth, but I had the same-ish experience with LDN. I was saying 6 months because that’s what I’ve been seeing in studies with it. That’s when the bloodwork and everything seems to really reflect it I guess is a better way to explain it. The body feels it quicker though for sure.

Hi! Long term LDN user here. LDN can take many, many, many months (upwards of 9 or more) for some (in my opinion most)to see full effects and benefits. This was also something I was schooled on by several practitioners because so many give up too soon with it. But also on the flip side, there are many who take for over a year and just see no benefit of it at all.
