It should be a brick and mortar leadership school and there should be the same for E-4 to E6. The CPO course should be some kind of capstone course.

Was told (who fucking knows) that it was going to fade into an “ academy” type deal but brains would be required to make that “efficient.” To the broke dicks, don’t worry. I was one of you. I went out literally two weeks prior but fought to pass my PRT prior to season. Never a failure and never out of weight but didn’t have to pass another during season. Excuse, absolutely not for what I was going through. Be present and try the best you can. Don’t be a hard headed asshole and injure yourself further. Hi, I did that. Made everything way worse for me. Resulted in two surgeries. Some of us aren’t built like doc and it’s okay. Know your limit and make sure your mess knows everything BLUF! Can’t wait to see the goods this season! 🫶🏼

Make it a C school. Since Sailors have to select orders and PCS (in most cases) make it a C school in route to their next PDS. host it up in Newport where all the other SEL courses are. Problem solved
