It’s definitely Stila. It’s always Stila. There were so many shades similar to Kitten thanks got discontinued. Pretty sure this was Moonlight.

Everyone had a silver like that. And a metallic white. You could also get a gun metal and pretty much any color and metallic. We had so much metallic eyeshadow.

oky Mac used to have this loose pigment line and they had a silver shimmer that looked like beyonces look when applied dry, and Paris’s look when used with a mixing medium like fix+!!!! Honestly activating any metallic w a liquid like fix+ on the brush can help boost the Liquid Metal look :)

It's either WetNWild, Hard Candy, L'Oreal, Covergirl, Maybelline, or Revlon, or Bourjois. WetNWild, MAC, and Bourjois had loose silver powders that came in little pots, and L'Oreal had High Intensity Pigments that could be used dry or wet.

Maybelline made these single shadows in the 90s. There was a powder blue, powder lavender, and I remember the most perfect t reflective silver ever. Looked just like this
