I just quit Monday… couldn’t do it… promoted me but gave me less money and none of her minions would listen and she made excuses for them… nope I’m out… I quit effective immediately

The job was meant to only hold me over until I can better chase my dreams. It became toxic when my boss realized i prioritized my dreams. All my coworkers are cheering me on, and I’ll still be friends after I’m gone. But my boss? I hope I never see her again.
