PCS stands for Permanent Change of Station, which is basically the government saying, “Pack up your entire life, your four little kids, and everything you own because we’ve decided you live somewhere else now.” 😂 There’s so many things to find with your tax dollars, instead of moving our whole family from Texas to Puerto Rico when they could’ve simply… kept us in Texas.
