They have special routers or whatever they call them that go through your phone through either Wi-Fi or Bluetooth so they’ve got all the information out of your phone anyway including photographs, texts, emails private notes banking information. They probably got everything.

If you gave them your card then you DID give them your name and phone number, its all connected. It is weird that it didnt give you your receipt correctly, but machines just mess up sometimes.
