I had a debilitating ED from 2013-2018 and I ate a sweet potato with cinnamon every single day. It was one of the only "acceptable" carbs. And people with ED use a lot of cinnamon bc it was rumored to burn calories and boost metabolism. Also it adds flavor with no calories. I use to drink an iced black americano and pour a ton of cinnamon in it. Disgusting.
