Yes! This is why we didn’t let my son quit something that he wasn’t good at immediately. Being gifted and talented, he’s so used to things coming easily. Now he’s seeing progress (as with anything you practice) and we’re past that point where he’s holding our choice against me. Yes me- because he’d never do that to his father. 😆 Is that part normal? The part where they blame the mother for what BOTH parents decided? Thank God we didn’t let him quit. Now he’s growing and enjoying something he originally dreaded facing because it took effort.
