Luckily for me, my braces were put on in two stages—first the top ones, then the bottom ones a month later—otherwise, I don't think I would have been able to eat on the first day😅😭.The pain goes away completely after a week, and after a month, it doesn't even feel like you're wearing them anymore😁👍. You probably still have three or four days of "suffering" left😅. The best advice I can give you is to eat cold food, though I suppose you already knew that🙈.
