Cut recipe in half or save half for another night!***** - Add 1 stick of unsalted butter, sauté 4-5 garlic cloves, then you'll add 5 tbsp of flour. Stir together. - Add 4 ounces of cream cheese, 3 cups of heavy whipping cream or milk, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of pepper, 1 tbsp of onion powder, 1 tbsp of garlic powder & 1 tbsp of paprika. Stir until everything is melted together. (I don’t measure my seasonings. Start with what’s listed & add more to your liking) - Add 1.5 cup of cheddar cheese & 1.5 cup of mozzarella cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted. - Add your noodles of choice to the cheese sauce, mix. - Now in a dish you are going to layer your macaroni mixture, sprinkle with cheddar/mozzarella cheese, repeat one more time. The top with a little bit of paprika. - Bake on 375 for 15 minutes, then broil for about 3 minutes to get the golden cheese crust & top with parsley & enjoy!
