I signed a training agreement saying if I leave within 3 years they can take the full £2000 out my notice period salary… I have bills to pay and cannot work a full 30 days for free?? What should I do? I offered to pay them back monthly and they refused saying I need to work my 30 days notice but won’t receive any pay check as they’re reclaiming the course fees. I have a mortgage to pay and I don’t know what to do
