Had a surgery yesterday in Essex, I would say 90% of the staff who interacted with me including the surgeon were immigrants. The NHS would fall apart without immigrants / foreigners. P.S I had a SUCCESSFUL surgery and was treated exceptionally well the entire time ✨

it's the same in nursing homes. foreign nurses, carers are suffering bullying from white carers, managers, residents. so many are suffering depression from bullying. no body care about carers

I was hit by a patient just because I was trying to convince him take his meds😢🥹, told me to fuck off and go back to my country! I cried my eyes out and still came out from the toilet after crying to attend to my other patients because no matter how we see it, a lot of patients still need our help and I will continue to render it. I couldn’t even report it as I was so overwhelmed. God continue to sustain us amen
