My grandma is still alive.. She has marks on her legs and hasn't walked straight since wabeberu.. She was one of the girls who would take food to the fighters in the forest and that's how she met my grandpa..her stories are heartbreaking.. But I'm glad I come directly from a lineage of freedom fighters.
