I pay $600 a month in lot rent, includes water and laundry facilities. $100 for electricity during the summer ($50 in winter). Propane $20/mo. So like an average for the year of $675/month

I paid $2600 for a YEAR round spot electric and water included, I’m waiting for life to get expensive but it just feels like I’m on easy mode while everyone is struggling to make ends meet

bought my 5th wheel outright and i only pay $200 a month for lot rent/utilities. i just couldn’t manage the $1800 for a studio(average for my area) no pets allowed meaning id have to leave my cat behind which is so not happening.

After this Friday I won’t be living in mine anymore but — lot rent: $775, electricity: $160, internet: $72, water - free, propane: $30 (every 4 months), streaming services - $70, laundry: $15-30/month — mine is also paid off so there’s no payment on it and since it’s so old (1991) I don’t have insurance on it either

Do you ever have to deal with rats? a friend of mine had an rv and she had a rat problem and ended up with a hole in the rv and a bunch of problems and she was very thankful for insurance. Just wondering how practical this really could be for two people and two cats lol.

I live in a camper full-time stationary. My place is 400 with power, water, and Wi-Fi included. But I too will have to go to a laundromat and a gym or something to take a shower.
