I think there’s an update(maybe two I don’t really remember) on this, he starts the divorce process and the ex’s started proceedings to intervene with his kids, but at end it didn’t matter as the wife got herself killed. She and their dog were the only ones in the car. She turned around to get something and she rolled into an intersection and got hit by a semi. The dog was left little to no injuries
