Ok, so Spice in India is different from spice in Mexico. Indian spice has more SPICES, I think they include chili. Mexican spice BURNS because suddenly my auntie decided to put 20 chiles to the salsa. Because it wasn't spicy enough.

Is that a red Jalapeño? Those are like candies, go for Habanero or the real spicy wild chiltepin that is spicier than Habanero 😂

Mexico gave the chili pepper to India 500 years ago; Mexicans have been eating chili peppers for 10,000 years—show some respect, please.

Spicy is different from hot. Indian cuisine is spicy. Mexican cuisine is less spicy than Indian but hotter.

In your defense, yes, we make candies with our peppers and eat them from childhood...but we still sweat fire when we eat Indian food.
We have tolerance for OUR spiciness, but any other will get us just as anyone else 😅

Indian spicy and Mexican spicy is very different. Mexican spicy is from the peppers defense, while a Indian spicy is the season overload. Looooove Indian food tho

What I knew was that the spiciest food was in India and China, with the difference being that Mexico placed more emphasis on the flavor of the spicy seasoning itself, whereas in China and India, it was just very, very spic

We understand you got spicy stuff, but here, the wilderness tried to burn ourselves inside out on a Saturday, and we go like "yeah, but Monday we need to get to work"
And that's why so few Asian people can enjoy the real spicy.
