The scariest part of all the videos out where experience cops with many years on the force and still do not understand the laws then argue how right they are and always turn out wrong! How many innocent people have gone to jail unlawfully because they didn’t know how to stand up for themselves? How about whenever a corrupt cop like him,argues and he is sued and proven wrong! They must have to go through the officers arrest records to see if citizens have been victimized over him not knowing the law! If they are serving time they must immediately be released and the cop face accountability
