I don’t think it’s sabotage in terms of damaging the car. But do I think if there’s a part they think is more reliable Kimi is getting it? Yeah. Do I think Kimi has a better driver engineering team around him somewhat deliberately? Yeah. Do I think they are not investigating George’s issues as being car issues not driver issues as seriously as they would if it was Kimi? Yeah. It doesn’t have to be massively dramatic, this is a game of fine margins. If George was doing poorly enough it risked the constructors’ it would be different. I guess what I’m saying is it’s not direct sabotage, it’s more giving preference and privileges to Kimi in many subtle and seemingly reasonable ways. Gradually rearranging the team around him

No it’s not to bring max in , it’s to make sure Kimi gets the records . I still don’t understand why both cars are not on same software & code ? Yes reliability dnf can happen to both at any time but it’s strange all these software glitch’s & operational errors have happened to GR only eve try race except Australia

It's simple, switch cars and garages. If Kimi is just a better driver he still will be better with George's car and garage.

It's 100% sabotage. Wolfe is forcing russell to come across as a bad driver. So he can make his move with justification. All while wolfe himself will look to the paddock as a manager who made the right decision. And in 2026 with these ridiculous regulations, it's so easy to get away with. He's so confident he will, he's on holiday with "a fierce rival". Wolfe is thinking only of himself.

George wasn’t his first pick to begin with. Now that Kimi is doing better and they have the best car, he is driving the narrative for a next generational talent winning the wc in his second season. George was doing better at the beginning but since then Toto has been sabotaging him one way or another. Mentally and car wise even if it meant just not listening to his complaints about the performance/battery and spreading narrative that its only his bad driving. He now admitted there was a software problem on George’s car all along. Just call a spade a spade.

It’s because his driving style but they can’t tell Russell that since Russell is fragile. He drives to hard on throttle too quick and rides brakes to long not hard enough he isn’t getting his charge back. 10 more HP which is like .150-300 quicker in to a corner can give you 25% more charging….. so when you scrub off speed slower by riding the brakes he gets less charge then hits the bottom of his back the car freaks out and messes up

The way George drive the car and manage energy is the reason, there is no reason to sabotage the driver you pay 30m£ to. The Mercedes pu has a lot of problems that Kimi also suffered from

We saw during the last few years with Redbull and the championship constructor. If you want to win the wcc, the team has to have TWO cars. And Mercedes can’t afford to lose this opportunity after all this years of being second and third. They need this wcc more then the wdc
