Tony, being a senator gives you no special authority aboard a foreign flagged vessel. You are not a maritime regulator or law enforcement officer. The master commands the ship, and onboard you are simply another passenger required to follow his lawful directions.

Why do you think you’re entitled to a reason why? If they’ve cancelled it, they’ve offered the refund, they give you options too. You’re not entitled to know the reason why it was cancelled. You’re making trouble by leaving out important piece of information that they gave you, at the cancellation notice.
