@lifelatelywithgaby: 🌹A very vulnerable but real post🌹 I have made some lifestyle changes and was feeling unmotivated and frustrated with not seeing any progress until I came across this video of myself in the beginning of 2025. Looking back now and seeing the lack of self love I had for myself breaks my heart. I wish I could reach through the screen and give her a huge hug. Something I never talked to anyone about is how motherhood can make or break you and for me it did both, it broke all of me before it could make me into the better version of myself that I am today. Not every day is a sunshine and flowers kind of day but I am so happy to be out of that hole. She can totally stay in 2025 ✌🏼 #fyp #motherhood #ppd #lifestylechanged
