I cant even be arsed. imagine trying to say one player is better than the other because of Ballon D'or rankings. I ain't even gonna argue. All I'm gonna say is anyone who has doubt, go check their retrospective individual honours, its on Wikipedia. you'll find Hazard's list is more than twice as long as Mahrez's list. I'll just use one metric, Hazard was in the premier league for 7 season and was in the PFA TOTY 4 times. Mahrez was in the premier league for 9 seasons and was only in there once. Stop this BS.
