I know the stench is simply horrendous. Where is the landlord? If they’re paying rent the owner should get fined and their property taken from them. Many landlords never come by or do checks as long as they’re getting the rent. There is no way this is acceptable in any form. This is years of filth built up. I’m glad the child was taken.
