♥️♥️ Chicken chana daal Ingredients: Chicken curry pieces 1 kg 1 cup chana daal, soaked and cooked 80% 1 large sliced onion 2 potatoes cut in cubes A few whole gorom moshla- bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, etc 1tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1tsp chilli powder 1/2tsp turmeric powder 1/2tsp cumin powder 1/2tsp coriander powder 1/2tsp gorom moshla powder Fried onions to garnish Green chillies to garnish Salt to taste Cooking method: in a pan add oil, whole gorom moshla, onions. Cook until golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste, a little water and all the spices listed above. Mix very well. Bhuna the gravy for 10min on medium low. Add chicken. Salt to taste. Mix well. Add potatoes and mix again. Cover and cook until chicken is tender. Don’t overcook the chicken. Add the chana daal. Mix well. Add some water for gravy. Adjust salt. Simmer on low for 10min covered. Garnish with green chillies, fried onions and some ghee. Serve hot with Ruti, porota, or rice ♥️
