Even when a foal is born, we’ve already been dreaming since its conception. Then, when they arrive, we begin imagining what’s possible. We attach hopes and dreams to that little life and wonder where the journey might take us. That’s exactly what Ines, Zhougie’s owner and breeder, has done. Every horse has their own story, and every owner has a dream. I love sitting and listening to an owner’s dreams, then doing everything I can to help make them come true. I guess if the day ever comes that I stop being excited about horses and the people who love them, I’d better get a new job, huh?
