Women can never win. Wear shorts? Too revealing. Wear a sports bra? Cover up. Film your training? Wrong angle. Somehow, the body always becomes the topic instead of the performance. Women are constantly objectified and judged simply for existing in our bodies. No matter what we do, someone will find a reason to comment on our appearance instead of paying attention to what we’re actually doing. A female body isn’t inherently inappropriate. It’s just a body. Seeing a woman train in gym clothes shouldn’t automatically be viewed through a sexual lens. If your first thought is to objectify a woman who is simply working out, that says far more about your perspective than it does about her. I won’t apologise for having a female body, and I won’t carry the shame that belongs to people who choose to objectify it. I won’t hide myself or make myself smaller to make strangers more comfortable. My body is not the problem. Their mindset is.

Clock vs evidence. Use /loop to watch something, /goal to finish something. The rule: pick your loop by its exit, not its trigger. Most people reach for /loop when they meant /goal, then poll every 5 min for a refactor that finished in 90 seconds.
