I started listening to this and my acne started clearing. I wash my face with cold RO water now as the water is super hard in Arizona and am super mindful about limiting going to the store in the middle of the day, do everything early am or late evening and stay in a stable temp all day as much as I can. Warm not hot showers too but never wash it in the shower use cool water!!!!
