THESE 5 1- Taste of the food, first time customer tastes, it has to spark him, it has to be addictive. look for your trademark recipe. NB the taste of the source is very very important. sometimes accept losses, if the taste cooked well, don't sell, prepare a fresh, you are saving long-term future losses to recover the lost customers because of that one day you cooked badly. 2- Human resource, identify competent, reliable workers, you the owner minimum give 80% of your time to the business. you the owner learn everything how its cooked and how it tastes. lf you aren't getting feedbacks from your waiters or waitresses from the customers ,you the owner just know there is lack of communication between owner with workers and mostly workers with customers, just know their holes in the ship and its sinking slowly your not getting those feedbacks of the holes. changing workers everytime those are red flags to a restaurant, you the owner learn how to identify dependable workers and don't let emotions control you when dealing with a competent worker over issues. 3- Location, how densely populated the area is, how many pedestrians, cars pass by your location. out of 10 cars and pedestrians you only need 1.5 persons every 3mins to come in. so location is very important even on the building." ground floor front view " 4- Consistency, only 1 day when the taste of food changes, it can wipe out 20 to 50% of the customers the next day, 5- Advertising, attractive signpost in front of the business, advertise on whatapp, tiktok, Facebook, Instagram

Ohh dear sorry. I recal eating from your restaurant. You’re food was so nice but the price was too low. I kept wondering how you were breaking even.

Kyaliwajjala - Namugongo in my opinion have not yet opened up doors for good restaurants,if you luk around there is no serious restaurants up to Nakiyanja only tonninyira (Maama Naka etc..) and it's more of a residential area.
