When I thought about it, reverse pipetting is actually accurate then forward, because when u do forward pipetting there're always some little bubbles staying on the wall

Dispensing liquid at a perfectly vertical angle (or lack-thereof) is insane work, but, I only reverse pipette while pipetting small volumes (<2 uL)

smaller sample size (1-10): forward larger sample size (11+): reverse it's much faster that way
