I’m a béninois currently in Ghana 🇬🇭 . Ghana is also nice what is left is , the Government should create a government company for sweeping the hole country every midnight from the south to the north and clean all the Drainage channel and cover it , the most important part warn the population to stop throwing robish around , introduce fines and you will see the magic.
