I’m so depleted… while yes ultra is fun asf it’s also a very draining thing especially since I’m not able to eat there without spending my life savings. I legit hit legs on smith today and thought I was gonna keel over and perish. This is where I’m a strong believer in hydration products such as glycerol because if I wasn’t at least hydrated for my workout I wouldn’t have been able to move. In my personal opinion hydration is the most crucial thing someone can do in order to have a good lift. It’s also the reason why I think the whole diamond gym mentality is dumb for the fact you can’t drink water. Like yeah ok bro lemme just cramp and injure myself because it’s “for the culture”.
